Why People Ignore Stress

Saturday, April 19th, 2008

Stress affects people in all walks of life, but it isn’t
always the same things that stress people.

What affects people depends on their age and where
they are in life. For instance an office worker will have
different stress things that a stay at home mom, even
if they are the same age.

Sometimes the age has nothing to do with the type of
things that will stress a person, its where the person is
in life. A retiree at age 60 can have the same things
for stress as a 80 year old retiree.

Then you need to consider what kind of person has
the stress. A shy, timid person will be easily stressed,
while a stronger out going type wouldn’t be able to
understand what the fuss was all about in the
same situation.

I think these are a few things that make stress so
hard to recognize in some people. There doesn’t seem
to be any simple rules to explain what causes stress,
or how to deal with it,thus people seem to ignore it
and just live with it hoping that all will turn out alright.

Internet Market Fraud

Thursday, April 17th, 2008

An article about internet fraud, on a blog, caught my
attention.

This person was arrested in Tennessee recently.
Ebooks were found that were suppose to be written
by medical people, but these author appeared to
be fictional.

The police reported that they had received various
complaints against this person over the past several
years.

I think this shows that the person was intending to rip
people off. If you made a mistakes and try to fix it,
you may be seen as an honest person, not as
someone trying to rip people off.

If you are starting out don’t let the lure of money buy
your integrity. If you make a mistake don’t repeat it,
correct it.

It takes a real person to admit they were wrong, and
being honest is never wrong. It usually takes work to
get where you want to go: so be sure to protect all
that hard work by being honest in your work.

Has Stress In Society Increased?

Tuesday, April 15th, 2008

Has stress in society increase? I believe the answer is
yes. When I was younger, it was only the big business
executives who had stress, never the common workers.
When kids became teenagers, it was over active
hormones that caused their problems. Some people
would stress out when faced with tragedy, but those
were only a few. Now stress has been blamed for
every thing from diseases to murder pleads.

How has stress become so prevalent in our society? It
seems more people are using stress as an excuse for
bad behavior. People don’t want to take responsibility
for their own actions.

Parents don’t take time for their children. Bosses
blame their mistakes on their workers. People say
it is someone else fault not theirs. All the excuses
come back to take their toll later.

Many people get caught up in the excuses and have to
make more excuses to look good. They know they are
wrong but wouldn’t admit it, and carry all the guilt with
them causing more tension. They just keep going round
and round, always hurting innocent bystanders.
