Excellent post. Other things one can do off-work to help cope with stress at work are exercise, yoga, meditation. Even just taking vit. B-complex can do wonders. Another thing to consider is that most work places nowadays are high-EMF (electromagnetic field) environments due to electrical/electronic and wireless equipment. Studies have shown that the magnetic fields can create additional stress and compound any stress load that one encounters during work.

It is my understanding that anxiety attacks don't go away, but you learn to
live with them. What happens is that the intensity decreases so they can be
managed.

I was hit by a car from behind while I was stopped at a red light. I got over the accident, but a few times I have caught myself looking in the rear view mirror when I go to stop at a traffic light to be sure I don't get hit again.

There are gurus that don't want to give away their secrets while others really
don't know any secrets and just want your money.
