Daily Stress Care: Dealing With Annoying People

Friday, June 5th, 2009

Daily Stress Care is very important part of any Health
Care Plan. It is the little things that build up over
time that can finally cause the larger Health problems
leading to poor Health. It just gets to be too much
and then we collapse.

In an office situation you may need to work with all
types of people. Some times there is some one who
is part of your work enviroment that causes you
Stress on a daily basis.

Don’t add to your Stress by keeping feelings bottled
up inside you. It’s not easy to always let people know
that things they say and do are annoying to you. Try
these things to help relieve the Stress.

Keeping control of your temper, explain the way you
feel when a person does a certain annoying thing.
By giving your view, the person may see his actions in
a different way and have more understanding of
why you are upset.

If you can’t explain the problem to the person, talk
about it with a neutral friend or your pet. By
expressing your emotions out loud you have a chance
to hear the problem in a different way. Don’t be
surprised by the amount of emotions you hear when
talking about the problem.

Be aware that your opinion may not change another
person’s behavior, but just talking about something
can help ease some of the Stress you feel. You may
be able to learn to react in a better way to the
annoying problem and decrease your Stress.

By using Daily Stress Care you can eliminate Stress
build up which leads to Health problems later.

Some Things That Cause Daily Stress

Tuesday, May 26th, 2009

Stress is hard to define. It is usually considered to be
the build up of anxiety and pressures on a person.
Since people are affect by different situations both on
a physical and mental level, it is hard to know what
will causes Stress.

Additionally the same situation may cause a different
reaction to the person upon repeated exposure.

The problem of Stress is caused when a person can no
longer handle the pressure or anxiety. The solution
may seem simple, just avoid the build up of pressure.
This may not be possible in today’s fast pace lifestyle.

The work environment doesn’t always allow time for
someone to avoid what is causing the Stress. When
you are trying to meet a deadline, but also need to
eat, you don’t have time to stop for food. But some
time later when the headache strikes you are forced
to eat. With practice we learn how to block out
the body’s warning signals.

Many people try to bury all the Stress, hoping it will
go away on its own. The Stress will lurk in the back
of the mind ready to strike at a moments notice.
Some little thing will set off a responsive which is
totally out of context to the situation.

The boss blows up when asked a simple question or
you try to explain what the problem is.

The person may be preoccupied with problems outside
of work. Many people take their home or family
problems to work. It’s hard to be relaxed and not
stressed out when there is a sick child or love
one at home.

Then other people bring their work problems home,
causing a tense home life.

We all face Stress in our lives. How you handle the
Stress determines whether it is something you work
past or it leads to more problems.

The first step you need to take is to recognize when
you are under too much stress. By relieving or
eliminating your Daily Stress you help to stop the
build up of Stress and can be more in control of
your life.

Chronic Stress and Your Health

Thursday, May 21st, 2009

Stress has become a part of our daily life. Many
people ignore their Stress which leads to Chronic
Stress which later manifests into Health problem
such as anxiety, high blood pressure, weakened
immune system, and serious
mental health problems .

The latest researcher is examining the link between
certain cancers and excessive hormones produced
by Stress, to understand how the body’s reaction
to the Stress hormones relates to cancer.

Many medical professional are still reluctant to
acknowledge the role that Stress plays in our daily
lives. Instead patients are given pills to help control
the symptoms of Stress by chemical means instead
of having the patient relieve their Stress in a
physical work out.

But its not all the practitioners fault because today
everyone wants a quick fix to their problems. Never
mind about the solution, just a quick fix is all
they are want.

People simply refuse to believe that Stress can be
serious until the body fights back by causing serious
illnesses which stops people in their tracks. And of
course still many don’t heed the warning. Modern
medicine fixes people so they can continue with their
same old ways. You can see this from people having
two hearts or bouts with various different diseases.
They recover then start back into their old work
habits never really learning the lessons or getting
the body’s message.

Since Stress is all in the head it is up to the
individual to change, no chemicals or anyone else
can stop, prevent or relieve your Stress. Sure
people can stop acting in certain manners, the
bellicose boss can stop yelling, but it is not the
boss’s responsibility to cure your problem. It’s
your mind and only you control it.

In your personal Health Plan include things to
help relieve daily Stress and use them on a
daily basis.
